Last weekend my paintings were on display at Ft. Worth’s Grackle Gallery. It was a great bohemian atmosphere accompanied with a couple of musical groups. This was the Grackles 32’nd show and I was honored to be a contributor!

Wilbur Post, famous sixties architect, was my role model. He worked in his detached studio where he created architectural visions and engaged his alter ego. I am so thankful that I have a similar daily experience. My studio is filled with creative possibilities, urban commentary and some reflection.
Fond memories were had on scout camping trips with my two sons. The lime green dark flavor of of Caddo Lake, Texas’ only natural lake, still runs through my head. 
I am continuing with my fascination with everyday objects of utility. In this example, the motor and fan have caught my other creature interest, birds.
